Summer 2025 – Marketing Coordinator
Are you a motivated university student in marketing, communications, or a related field looking to gain real-world experience this summer? WSI Digital Marketing, a leading digital marketing agency in the West Island of Montreal, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to real client projects, develop hands-on experience in digital marketing. If you’re proactive, detailed-oriented, organized, and eager to dive into the world of web projects and digital marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you.
Your Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our team in delivering exceptional digital marketing services. You’ll help coordinate web development and marketing projects, communicate with clients, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating digital marketing initiatives with our team and partners
- Participate in client discovery meetings
- Manage timelines and deliverables for website projects and marketing campaigns
- Plan, source, organize, and track all required assets for client marketing mandates
- Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and partners
- Contribute to content planning and support ongoing creation of blogs, web copy, and visuals
- Write or edit web content (French and English)
- Update and manage content on WordPress websites
- Collaborate via project management, CRM, and virtual meeting platforms
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university program in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bilingual – fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
- Solid understanding of Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with WordPress is an asset
- Knowledge of SEO basics is an asset
- Knowledge of AI tools is an asset
- Strong writing and editing skills

Additional Info
Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week
Compensation: $20/hr
Start Date: Summer 2025
Location: Pointe-Claire, near many public transport options
